Thijs De Ridder (/tɛs/ TESS;[1] born 31 January 2003) is a Belgian college basketball player for the Virginia Cavaliers of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). He played formerly for Surne Bilbao Basket in Spain's Liga Endesa.[2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][excessive citations] In 2023, he won two awards at the BNXT Awards: Rising Star and Sixth Man.[11] His brother Niels De Ridder also plays basketball professionally.
