Thomas Dominic McBride[1] (September 1, 1902 – April 4, 1965) was an American jurist who was Pennsylvania Attorney General from 1956 to 1958 and an associate justice of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania from 1958 to 1960.

McBride was born in Philadelphia on September 1, 1902. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1924 and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1927. He began practicing law that year.[2]
