Thomas F. Memminger (August 22, 1859 – March 30, 1927) was an American politician who served in the Nebraska House of Representatives and Oklahoma Senate.
Thomas F. Memminger was born on August 22, 1859, near Wheeling, Virginia, (now West Virginia) to William Memminger and Caroline Metzger. His parents were both first generation German Americans. He attended Frasher's Business College in Wheeling. He later moved to Clinton, Iowa, before settling in Madison County, Nebraska, in 1884. On October 28, 1890, he married Margaret Burrows and they had two children.[1]
