Tiina Intelmann (born 25 August 1963)[1] is an Estonian diplomat; she was the Permanent Representative of Estonia to the United Nations in New York from 2005 to 2011 and was the President of the Assembly of States Parties of the International Criminal Court from December 2011 until December 2014. She then served as the Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Liberia.

Born in Tallinn, Intelmann was graduated from Leningrad State University in 1987 with a Master of Arts degree in Italian language and literature.[2]
