Tisobarica thyteria is a species of moth of the family Oecophoridae.[1][2][3][4] It is known from Australia[1][2] with records from Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Victoria, and Tasmania.[3]

The wingspan is about 1.5 cm (0.59 in). The forewings are yellow with several dark brown bands that have an iridescent blue shine in living specimens.[3]
