History

In 2020 Titanpoint was established in Germany as a limited liability company (Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung).[5] Titanpoint GmbH and DHP Logistics GmbH were established as part of a corporate spin-off from Naveta Distribution AG. The companies share common ownership, with David Hirlav as sole shareholder, and operate as separate legal entities.[6][7][8][4]

Commercial operations commenced in 2022, when the company launched its online marketplace for pharmaceuticals and health-related products.[9]

Branch operations in Hanoi, Vietnam, and Shanghai, China were established in 2023.[9][10]

Another branch was opened in the Netherlands in 2024, which functions as an administrative hub for the group’s European activities. In the same year it introduced a free 48-hour express delivery service across Europe.[11]

Focus and operations

Titanpoint cooperates with manufacturers directly and enters into long-term distribution agreements granting it exclusive distribution rights for selected products in certain European markets. Within this framework, the company supplies pharmacies and hospital networks under contractual arrangements.[12]

In addition to its European activities, the company has maintained trade relationships with retail partners in China and Vietnam, supplying products sourced from Europe to supermarket chains in those markets.[11]

The company uses fully-automated systems in its order management and warehouse operations. These systems are applied to inventory tracking, order processing and shipment coordination. As operations expanded, automation was implemented to manage cross-border logistics and pharmaceutical distribution.[9]

Management

The company was founded by David Hirlav. Between 2022 and 2025, Juan-Carlos Capelli served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), responsible for executive leadership and marketing operations.[4]

Corporate affairs

Titanpoint GmbH generated a revenue of €9.30 million in its first commercial year in 2022. Revenue reached €57.15 million by 2024. The same year, operating income amounted to €9.25 million. Total assets were €24.18 million and equity totaled €11.54 million. The company had 152 employees in Europe in 2024.[1]
