Thomas Edward Sims Jr. (born September 29, 1964) is an American former professional football player who was a defensive back in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Tennessee Volunteers.[1] He was selected in the seventh round with the 190th overall pick by and played for the Indianapolis Colts in the 1986 NFL draft.[2][3] He appeared in one game, the 1986 regular season opener for the Colts.[4]
