Topuchaya (Russian: Топучая; Altay: Топучий, Topuçiy) is a rural locality (a selo) in Dyektiyekskoye Rural Settlement of Shebalinsky District, the Altai Republic, Russia. The population was 194 as of 2016.[2] There are 2 streets.
