Toskić (Serbian Cyrillic: Тоскић) is a South-Slavic surname. It may be a matronymic derived from Toska, a diminutive of Teodosija and Teodora.[1] According to Halil Bicaj, this surname is derived from Albanian ethnic subgroup of Tosks.[2]
