Tournoi de Printemps de Toulouse

In March 1969 the Stade Toulousain Tennis Club in Toulouse, France,^[1] and was played on outdoor clay courts.^[3] The tournament was part of the ILTF European Circuit a sub circuit of the ILTF World Circuit from 1969 to 1970 for men,^[1] when it became part of the ILTF Independent Circuit (those tournaments not part of the ILTF Grand Prix circuit).^[1] The women's event was also part of the world circuit until 1971.
