Trần Thị Thu Thảo (born 15 January 1993) is a Vietnamese association football player who plays as a midfielder for Women's Championship club Hồ Chí Minh City I and the Vietnam women's national team.

International career
Thảo capped for Vietnam at senior level during the 2020 AFC Women's Olympic Qualifying Tournament.[1]
Alongside her twin sister Phương Thảo, Thảo was called up for the 2022 AFC Women's Asian Cup, in which Vietnam gained their historical qualification to the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup.[4]
