Tsholomnqa is a rural area and village situated in the Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality in the Eastern Cape in South Africa.
Situated in the Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality near East London, it is the home village of the rugby player Makazole Mapimpi.[1][2]
