Turricaspia is a genus of aquatic snails which includes marine snails, brackish water snails and freshwater snails which all have a gill and an operculum, aquatic gastropod mollusks in the family Hydrobiidae.[2] Turricaspia is the type genus of the Turricaspiinae, which is a synonym of Pyrgulinae.[2]
