The Gangster Two-Six Nation, also known simply as Two Six, is an American street gang based in Chicago. The gang is predominantly Hispanic and Latino.[2]

History
The Gangster Two-Six Nation was started in 1964,[2] in the South Lawndale neighborhood of Little Village.[9] In 1975, Two Six joined the Folk Nation alliance.[2]
Operation Bunny Trap
In November 2014, an investigation called "Operation Bunny Trap",[10] was launched due to Two Six members terrorizing communities in South Side, Chicago and surrounding suburbs for multiple decades. In May 2017, the operation would end after authorities busted an undercover drug and firearm operation based in a Brighton Park pizza parlor,[11] leading to 118 firearms and 800 grams of various drugs including cocaine and methamphetamine being confiscated by authorities.[3] As a result, around 45 members and associates of Two Six were arrested, with 27 being charged in Cook County Criminal Court, and 21 in Northern District of Illinois Court.[11][4]

Symbols
The gang uses various symbols to identify themselves with the most common symbol being a Playboy bunny with the right ear bent, wearing a fedora and sunglasses,[2] and a tattoo with three dots.[13] The gang also uses a pair of dice with the two on one side and six on the other,[14][13] and the letters TS or TSN.[13][14]
