- Typhoon Conson (2010) (T1002, 03W, Basyang) – struck the Philippines and Vietnam.

The name Conson was retired following the 2021 Pacific typhoon season and was replaced with Luc-Binh (Vietnamese: lục bình, [lʊwk͡p̚˨˩˨ ʔɓɨn˨˩]), which means a common water hyacinth (Pontederia crassipes) in Vietnamese.[2]
