Tütünlü (Kurdish: Evliyan)[2] is a village in the Şemdinli District in Hakkâri Province in Turkey.[3] The village is populated by Kurds of the Humaru tribe and had a population of 2,137 in 2023.[1][4] Tütünlü has the Güleç (Rûyan) hamlet attached to it.[2][3]
