^[1] Bulumko Mdoda also known as Bkay ZA, was born 05 October 2006 in a Small town Butterworth,Eastern Cape. Raised in a small town Saldahna Bay where he started his studies on Diazville primary school until the 3rd grade. His Mother, Nokubonga Mdoda born 27 January 1982 where living in saldahna and they moved to Cape Town in a place called Makhaza in khayelitsha. Khayelitsha is a place of crime and violence, they decided to move to Greenpoint still in the areas of khayelitsha but the violence in Greenpoint was less compared to Makhaza. He started to study in there at a local primary called Yomelela Primary school grade 4th till grade the 7th grade.Then went on to high school in the city of Cape, in Cape Town High School and passed his matric. His musical journey started when he was 10 inspired by Tupac, Kendrick Lamar, Eazy Eand more. He used to play Kendricks songs a lot due to liking his storytelling and he said,"One day I wanna work with Sir Kenny". We were so surprised because he usually played sports (Soccer) and now he is taking another path of music. Years went by, he watched YouTube videos to learn how to create beats, including electronic music, soul music and hip hop music. He gained a little bit of experience. He then heard about FL Mobile, he started training there on how exactly to create beats and making sure he masters to fully deal with huge studios. After sometime of practice and practice he finally mastered one genre,the famous genre that is common in South Africa, mostly in Cape Town. He was so inspired about Mr Thela so much because of his bear choices and the melodic sounds. He then started to being focused on the electronic genre. He was given a name called "Mega" by his friends and sooner changed it to *Shimora CPT*.Some ups and downs were happening because he wasn't getting recognition from the genre, so the year 2020 one of his home boys Siwaphiwe Nogantshi also know as Mswaypo GP, confronted him saying,"Hey how about you come up with a different genre in the hood rather than taking the genre that is being well used in the streets, how about you do hip hop beats". That Question was heavy for him because he wanted to do hip hop back in the years but wasn't confident in himself so he said he will think about it. Months later a rapper from our hood Bukho Yokwana also known as Khoz Yowk offered him to work on a beat. As he said okay no problem so he went on doing the beat and he sent him and listened his reaction was so priceless and he said,"How did you learn to make hip-hop beats".He responded, "I just learn by watching video and going on studio sessions to watch professional beatmakers/producers". The song is still unreleased and they started then to work making khoz yowk the first person to record a Bkay ZA beat. He started getting greater and greater with making hip-hop beats he started to get recognition from other known rappers in the hood. He was motivated to carry on pushing and push. Years went by he did more unreleased track. He announced that he wanted to do his very first Ep. His Ep name is Feeling Gangster,the EP was to show the experience of how he did music and where he comes from, rappers who didn't make it to the album where Owam Mdlayizana also known as Nana Lee and Mswaypo GP due to some issues with the dates and the recording his EP was and still is the most viewed album ever. Months went by He Meet a rapper called Lil kodee and he said to him,"can you help me look for rappers" he said sure he will look for them. He founded a rapper called YTK Slime. Slime was an underground artist who was chasing the dream of fame so Bkay was happy to meet him because he wanted to support him , a call came at the night around 8pm. There was Slime and Kodee so Slime introduced him. Slime said he knows some other rapper that is gonna rap on a Bkay beat. His name is Marleo Isaac Arries also known as YTB KIDDA also an underground artist. We meet on great terms with YTB KIDDA and we started to build our friendship. Months pass, YTK Slime did not want to work with us no more because he us not getting any beats. Then a question came to Bkay, firstly he was not there in group chats and song discussions so Bkay and the whole crew left him and continued to work on the music. Slime wanted to diss Bkay due to his anger of not getting beats. YTB KIDDA made an surprising album called *V2* where the whole album is a YTK Slime diss,leaving slime with no response just treats not responding to the brutal disses he was handed. V2 was recognized in 58 countries and a total of 1.4k streams,22 saved Playlists. Bkay ZA and YTB KIDDA became a strong duo and getting recognition from radios and other countries and their work will continue until each one of them are professional artists.
