How To Implement This Style Yourself...
Simple way: Place {{User:Fyver528/style}} at the start of your userpage, and you will get the same font, backgound colour and border. Simple as that! Just remember to put |} as the very last line of the userpage.
DIY way: This fancy background was created using an 'overall table' which is styled by CSS (you can use wikipedias table formatting). Take a look here . Then to tie it all up by placing "close table" code |} as your last line of code (unless you want to have something outside of the dashed border ofcourse). |
