The reason that this account is legitimate does not match any examples at Wikipedia:Sockpuppetry § Legitimate uses—I personally don't think the similarities are slim enough to be called a Doppelgänger—but rather because it will not be used to "mislead, deceive, disrupt[,] undermine consensus"; nor will it be used to "create the illusion of greater support for a position; to stir up controversy; or to circumvent a block, ban, or sanction."[1]
