I greatly enjoy this project, and the democratization of knowledge is perhaps the most important ideal that exists in the modern world. If you need to contact me, drop me a message on my talk page. It will get to my inbox regardless of any wikibreak that I might be on.
In general, if you reach out to me, I will respond in the language that your correspondence is written in, so if you have a preference from the languages other than English of which I have some knowledge of, please feel free to use it.
In the spirit of Ludwig Wittgenstein, language is indeed the defining boundary of my world, and thereby constantly occupies my thought. Here are two questions that guide my work on this project:
- What role does language play in limiting our knowledge or efficacy in communication, both in general and on Wikipedia?
- What systemic barriers does language create, and how can we help to reduce their harm?
