I'm Neil, a communications professional at firstlight, a communications agency. Occasionally my work involves helping clients with Wikipedia-related content, which I always declare in line with the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use.

Where I'm contributing on behalf of a client, I'll flag this clearly on the relevant article's talk page. My aim is help produce neutral, well-sourced articles that are genuinely useful to readers, and to work within Wikipedia's guidelines.

If you have any questions about a specific contribution, please ask away.

My approach

My approach follows the model described in the conflict of interest guidelines.

There are some very limited cases where I'll make direct edits: fixing broken links, correcting clear formatting errors, or updating a dead citation with a working URL for the same source. For anything that could reasonably be seen as affecting how a subject is presented, I'll go via the Talk page instead.
