- Generally, minimally invasive approach; cut and paste where possible.

- Redirect Neuropathy to Peripheral neuropathy, with a hatnote to...
- .../Neuropathy (disambiguation), including cranial neuropathy, optic neuropathy, LHON, auditory neuropathy
- New /Neuropathic pain article
- Merge (and redirect) into Peripheral neuropathy:
- some of neuropathy
- mononeuropathy, mononeuritis multiplex
- delete axonopathy, myelinopathy, neuronopathy; largely duplicated in original Neuropathy article
- autonomic neuropathy, and redirect motor neuropathy and sensory neuropathy
- neuritis
- include a see main article to small fiber peripheral neuropathy
- Merge (and redirect) into Neuropathic pain:
- neuropathy: most of page > Neuropathic pain, rest merges into new Peripheral neuropathy
- neuralgia: does need work (e.g. delete second half of intro, add prominent link to Trigeminal neuralgia) but can be left alone for now

- demyelinating disease: brief and rough - convert to disambiguation page, or change PNS section to a link to wherever demyelinating neuropathy is discussed?
