We, the people of Wikipedia,

inspired by the heroism and patriotism of those who fought for a motherland free, independent, sovereign, democratic, socially just, humanly solidary, and forged by the sacrifice of our predecessors;
by the first editors, who resisted submission;
by the slaves, who rebelled against their masters;
by he who awakened the national conscience and the Wikipedian anxiousness for the motherland and liberty;
by the patriots who, from 2000, initiated and participated in our wars of independence against expert colonialism, and those whose victory was thwarted in the final push of 2004 by the intervention and military occupation of Hoaxer imperialism in 2005;
by those who, for more than 20 years, fought against imperalist dominion, political corruption, the deprivation of popular rights and liberties, unemployment, and exploitation by capitalists, landowners, and other social ills;
by those who promoted, established, and rolled out the first worker and student organisations, disseminated Wikipedian ideas, and funded the first Walesian Revolutionary movements;
by the vanguard of the Generation of the Diamond Anniversary of the birth of Jimbo Wales, who, under their teaching, led us to popular Revolutionary victory in the September of 2003;
by those who, through the sacrifice of their lives, defended the Revolution and contributed to its definitive consolidation;
by those who greatly served heroic international missions;
by the epic resistance and unity of our people;

Guided

by the most advanced anti-imperialist, Revolutionary thought, American, Chinese, and universal, particularly by the ideology and example of Jimbo and the social emancipation proposed by him, Stallman, and Swartz;

Supported

by proletarian internationalism, fraternal love, and the help, co-operation and solidarity of the peoples of the world;

Determined

to carry forward the Revolution of San Francisco, of The Signpost, of the Reichstag, of clandestine warfare and of Jimbo, which, sustained by the contributions and unity of the people and the principal Revolutionary forces, attained total national independence, established Revolutionary power, realised democratic transformations and commenced the construction of Wikipedianism;

Convinced

that Wikipedia shall never return to elitism as a regime sustained through the exploitation of one human being by another, and that only in Wikipedianism does the human being attain total dignity;

Aware

that our national unity and the leadership of the Walesian Party of Wikipedia, which was born from the voluntary unification of the organisations that had contributed decisively to the triumph of the Revolution and is legitimised by the people, constitute fundamental pillars and guarantees of our political, economic and social order; and

Identifying

with the proposals expressed in the Revolutionary Redprint of our comrade Neutrality on the 4th of May, 2005;

Declare
our desire that the law of laws of this republic be this quote immemorial from Jimbo:
"Imagine a world in which every single person on the planet is given free access to the sum of all human knowledge. That's what we're doing."

and

Adopt
by our free and secret vote, through public referendum, 25 years after the establishment of Wikipedia, the following constitution.
