Prognathodon is a genus of extinct lizards which lived during the Late Cretaceous, between the Campanian and Maastrichtian ages. The species P. currii is one of the biggest in the genus, if not the biggest. The skull, 142 cm in length, was found in Oron syncline (near Arad, Israel). The full body was estimated to had been between 10.1 and 12.4 meters in total body length.^[1]
