- unencyclopedic tone: they tend to be vague, promotional, or essay-like, rather than neutral and factual.
- copyright issues: they may closely paraphrase existing text, leading to copyright violations.

Hello Ana Peraza. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being employed (or being compensated in any way) by a person, group, company or organization to promote their interests. Paid advocacy on Wikipedia must be disclosed even if you have not specifically been asked to edit Wikipedia. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.
Paid advocates are strongly discouraged from direct article editing and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Ana Peraza. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Ana Peraza|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. DoubleGrazing (talk) 12:26, 22 July 2026 (UTC)
- Hello, thank you for your message! Yes, I am affiliated with the company that is the subject of the draft. However, I was not specifically asked to edit Wikipedia, and because of that I did not realize that this affiliation still needed to be formally disclosed under Wikipedia's paid editing requirements. I apologies for the misunderstanding. I also was not aware that the recommended approach was to propose changes through the article's Talk page or the Articles for Creation process rather than editing directly. My intention has been to create a neutral, well-sourced encyclopedic article, not a promotional one, that's why I'm eager to modified any changes in order to achieve the most neutral text possible. I appreciate you bringing these requirements to my attention, I will add the required disclosure to my user page and will follow the appropriate Talk Page / AfC process going forward rather than making further direct edits. If you have any more comments, please let me know in order to make a proper use of this platform, thank you again! Ana Peraza (talk) 06:27, 23 July 2026 (UTC)
- Please don't use LLM or any other AI-based tool to generate your comments, or anything else for Wikipedia for that matter.
- Please make the paid-editing-disclosure now, as instructed in the message above.
- And just to clarify, you are allowed to work directly on a draft while it remains in the draft name space, and submit it to AfC for review. It is only once the draft is accepted for publication in the main encyclopaedia that you are no longer allowed to edit it and must instead make edit requests. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 06:36, 23 July 2026 (UTC)
- I have just updated my situation in my personal page. Where do I have to propose the article in order to ask for a review? I'm new to this platform so I still have troubles understanding the procedures. Thank you for your support! Ana Peraza (talk) 06:39, 23 July 2026 (UTC)
- You don't have to 'propose' anything anywhere, you've (re-)submitted your draft, and it is awaiting new review. You're doing the right thing, just continue in the same way. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 06:51, 23 July 2026 (UTC)
- Thank you for both comments! The draft is already resubmitted and I have updated my personal information, as said. I will wait for the reviews and from now on, I will only request edits after your feedbacks. Ana Peraza (talk) 09:44, 23 July 2026 (UTC)
