Hi, Arjayay. You (or you bot) almost always pick me up for the above transgression, but this time it's 'one one', new for me I think. Thank you for your unfailing awareness of these tiny mistakes, which mostly occur in line breaks in edit mode. Just suppose you could seamlessly incorporate this facility into the source editor, with a corresponding 'Tsk', letting us mere mortals know that our eyes temporarily outran our brain's capability to process the information at hand? Hi MinorProphet, thanks for your thanks. I don't use a bot, so there is no-one to blame but me.... As for how to "seamlessly incorporate this facility into the source editor" - I have no idea how to do that, and it could create different problems - as with the band The The (whose music I like, despite their name being a pain). I imagine that the hugely knowledgeable and capable people at the Pump would swiftly let you know whether it was even vaguely possible. They are the very best to tell you. Hi Arjayay - thank you so much for your previous help on my talk page! I have been working to get my page updated properly as it has some issues. I have been approached by many people trying to sell me services to do so, and have naturally rejected these. I have an update I'd like to request to be reviewed, but am not exactly sure about how to do that. I also need to be sure to disclose this: I am the subject of this article and am disclosing a conflict of interest per Wikipedia COI guidelines. I am requesting the following updates to improve accuracy and add sourcing. All changes are supported by independent third-party citations.

Again, I'm not sure how to do this. Here is the page update. Could you please help me get this submitted properly with the right COI included? THANK YOU SO MUCH ARJAYAY!!

Hi Mjesse99 your post about "previous help on my talk page" confused me until I saw that I had added 2 standard templates, back in 2020.
Thank you for not continuing to edit the article about yourself, although I note you have not added the COI tag on the article talk page. Please see WP:DISCLOSE for how to do that.
As for your proposals, I know nothing about AI, and, being British, am unfamiliar with the reliability, or not, of the cited sources. I see you have already raised this question at the Teahouse and my advice to you is the same; you should make a Conflict-of-Interest edit request. Please read and follow WP:MAKINGEREQ; paste your proposed changes at Talk:Mary Jesse, and add the edit COI template at the top. This will put it on a list of COI requests, and someone versed in such edits will consider it, although, as warned at WP:MAKINGEREQ "If you submit a request that .... is too long or too complicated, .... editors might quickly lose interest or be unable to help. This may delay any response ...." and your request is rather long.

Sorry if I appear unhelpful, but after 18 years here I have learnt not to edit in areas I know nothing about - other than to make simple changes such as spelling mistakes etc.. Best wishes. - Arjayay (talk) 13:34, 15 March 2026 (UTC)
