I've been unable to get access to McNabb (2025), probably due to it being fairly recently published. However, because it seems like it's a coverage of a very broad history of the UAE, I'm worried that the coverage of this conflict is brief. Could you elaborate on how much it dedicates to this conflict? (E.g., a sentence, a page, a chapter?) Then regarding Heard-Bey (1982), it doesn't seem like it mentions this conflict it all, unless I'm (quite possibly) missing something.

This submission is not adequately supported by reliable sources. Reliable sources are required so that information can be verified. If you need help with referencing, please see Referencing for beginners and Citing sources.
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of events). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Needs more inline citations, and preferably more web sources. McNabb needs me to pay $35, and I already blew all my money on DigiKey. Find some more sources, ping me, and I'll review it again.
