Hello! Earlier today, I nominated the afformention article for deletion due to the fact that it only relies on one source, and has had a template warning readers of this since 2017. I am new to Wikipedia, and know that there are multiple different avenues to go when nominating an article for deletion. I am just reaching out to see if I selected the incorrect way to nominate an article, or if the article does not qualify for deletion at all. Hi Collin W. Mertz! Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia. I removed the proposed deletion tag because there was no reason included. Because that was removed, the only avenue for deletion is Wikipedia:Articles for Deletion (AfD). While you can nominate the article there, I would caution that the reasons you have for deletion are not normally themselves reasons an article is deleted, as they can be improved from editing. I would suggest reading WP:Notability (in particular the WP:GNG section) and for this article specifically WP:NCEO to see what qualifies as notable enough for a Wikipedia article. With that said, I think that merging (WP:MERGE) could possibly be a better route than deletion; however, feel free to nominate the article at AfD if you think it should be deleted. I don't necessarily think the only avenue is deletion. I feel merging the article with maybe The Cafaro Company, would do it justice. How do I go about nominating it to be merged, or actually merging it? Collin W. Mertz (talk) 11:38, 22 October 2026 (UTC)
