Do not follow an overly strict interpretation of the letter of policy without consideration for the principles of policies.
If the rules truly prevent you from improving the encyclopedia, ignore them.
Disagreements are resolved through consensus-based discussion, not by tightly sticking to rules and procedures.
Furthermore, policies and guidelines themselves may be changed to reflect evolving consensus. (WP:NOT)

I hope you are doing well.
I am working on my Wikipedia draft. It is about the Akçamezra tornado near the Syria–Turkey border. The Akçamezra tornado caused a lot of damage.İt completly debarked mature pistachio trees, did ground scouring, and destroyed masonry buildings.İt is currently rated IF3+ on ESWD
Since İt is my first time making a Wikipedia article from scratch I am having a hard time to expand this article and to make sure everything is right.
I know you are good at making tornado articles. So I was wondering if you could look at my draft. I would really like to hear what you think and get your help.
