It is intended for basic information about yourself and your interests, your goals related to editing Wikipedia, and disclosures of conflicts of interest and paid editing. Although a lot of freedom is allowed in personalizing your user page, it is not:

Hello CinemaForSenses. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being employed (or being compensated in any way) by a person, group, company or organization to promote their interests. Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. Hello, CinemaForSenses, I'm Bearcat. Please note that pages in your personal sandbox, such as User:CinemaForSenses/Uncombed Buddha Films, are not allowed to be categorized alongside finished articles in mainspace, per WP:USERNOCAT. The page must stay out of any categories so long as it is outside mainspace, and this is not an optional rule that you're free to disregard or ignore.

You can provisionally list categories in your draft without affecting content categories by using one of the methods described here.

As the page has had to be pulled out of categories twice in less than 48 hours, do not readd it to categories again, because draft and sandbox pages are not allowed to be in content categories. Note as well that there can be consequences for disruption if it doesn't stop, such as page protection or deletion and/or the temporary or permanent suspension of your editing privileges. Again, your sandbox page is not allowed to be filed in categories. WP:USERNOCAT is not a suggestion that you're free to decide whether you want to follow or not — it is a mandatory rule that you must follow. I've had to remove the page from categories again, several hours after advising you that it cannot be in categories, and there will be consequences if it happens again.
