When Billy Bragg's page was vandalised calling him cis, it was because he's a trans ally: https://twitter.com/billybragg/status/1537403855822012419 . It was transphobic vandalism rather than an editing test. To answer your question that is what I usually refer to as "fat fingers". When editing from a mobile device it is very easy to accidently hit a button and unintentionally insert markup at the top of the page. I'm not trying to make personal attacks towards you and never intend to make personal attacks towards any contributor. What I'm trying to tell you was that there was more than one user patrolling recent changes and you weren't the only one and to just suggest that you revert a few and other contributors revert a few, also to note it was done a few seconds after the revision you reverted was made. I didn't do it because I think you did bad, you didn't do bad at all. I think you're doing a good job reverting bad faith edits. You can be a little bit civil but please also note that I have ASD, so be mostly friendly and nice towards others rather than be offended towards other users. ArbCom 2024 Elections voter message

Hello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
