David Gamarnik moved to draftspace
Thanks for your contributions to David Gamarnik (COI review). Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing as a live article at this time because it is promotional and reads like an advertisement, you may have a possible Conflict of Interest and Almost certainly created due to the wait on the IP-created David Gamarnik. I have converted it to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. GPL93 (talk) 18:24, 12 March 2026 (UTC)

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions; however, it appears you may have written a draft for a Wikipedia article about yourself, at Draft:David Gamarnik. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – please see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later. If you wish to add to or change an existing article about yourself, you are welcome to propose the changes by visiting the article's talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was the page I created deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss this with the deleting administrator. Thank you. - Hi Paul - thank you for your note. I can confirm that I am not David Gamarnik himself, nor was I solicited to create an article about him. I simply work in the field of probability, and will be editing some probability articles from now on (as I have already done).
- That said, I understand the issue with the David Gamarnik draft is about the references (apologies - I am new here!). I'll fix the references and replace them with neutral source and relaunch it whenever I have a moment. Discrete-probabilist (talk) 13:40, 13 March 2026 (UTC)
- Thanks for the quick response User:Discrete-probabilist. I will remove the COI template from the draft article. Best wishes. Paul W (talk) 13:42, 13 March 2026 (UTC)
- Thank you Paul W! Where can I access the template to keep working on it? Discrete-probabilist (talk) 13:44, 13 March 2026 (UTC)
