Be careful

@LBevH, Scallopz Too, RPRey248, Westarrow, and Elzamarie: Some students are assigned to topics that were written and are monitored by editors with extensive experience with technical aspects as well as with Wikipedia. It's difficult to predict what will happen, but often "homework edits" on mature topics are a waste of time. Smokefoot (talk)

Students will focus on regulatory actions

@Smokefoot: Thank you for the heads up. Students will be adding a sentence or two identifying how the assigned chemicals have been regulated, following Wikipedia's source guidelines. They will be focusing on regulations in countries that are not covered in depth on the assigned pages already. They understand that their edits may not make it past other editors.Envpoli (talk) 23:39, 24 September 2025 (UTC)

Just checking, best wishes to you and your students. --Smokefoot (talk) 23:53, 24 September 2025 (UTC)
