Welcome!
Hello, GaryConGarner, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.
I understand you intend to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article.
To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, which will be reviewed by other editors. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details.
In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

- @IAmChaos This is excellent information, and I appreciate the links. I already received some of it (including the Edit Request Wizard) from Mike Turnbull, and believe I've properly disclosed information on my page (although I'm aware I need to properly do so in the edit notes as well). I also am a senior corporate exec, and know what it really is to have a conflict of interest, and what it means to properly declare it. I can assure you I and my team expect nothing but straightforward historical information to be added and we welcome any other contributors. The main challenge for us is that no one has edited the page since Gary Con IV or so, and we are now on Gary Con XVIII (14 years later). Thanks again! I have some of the At The Lakes issues which mention the con
Unfortunately they are buried in storage, but I'm sure I can find them and send photos to you, if not pass hard copies. I keep my wikipedia email private (because I operate under a screenname and would prefer not to be identified) but if you'd like I can utilize your wikipedia email to commence an exchange.
