Why are you attempting to remove "Steven" "Huyen" from this article? --Hammersoft (talk) 00:23, 6 March 2025 (UTC)
- Because his legal name is Steven. It's not Huyen. Gjear (talk) 00:30, 6 March 2025 (UTC)
- Amended to "Huyen". You're being reverted by multiple people. --Hammersoft (talk) 00:31, 6 March 2025 (UTC)
- I think from public records, its pretty obvious his legal name is Steven Cheung. There are no legal records of "Huyen". This is fake information IMO Gjear (talk) 00:33, 6 March 2025 (UTC)
- Fine. Discuss it at the article's talk page. But, I was able to quickly find several sources that disagree with you . --Hammersoft (talk) 00:36, 6 March 2025 (UTC)
- I checked the citation and these are unverified articles written by shoddy journalists who didnt fact check. If you check public legal records and the KCRA news video about his high school, his legal name is in fact "Steven Cheung". There is no Huyen in legal records.
- I commented on the articles talk page Gjear (talk) 00:48, 6 March 2025 (UTC)
- Get consensus on the article's talk page first. Edit warring to achieve your ends is NOT the way forward. I am placing a standard edit warring notice below. STOP your behavior. --Hammersoft (talk) 00:59, 6 March 2025 (UTC)
- Its fine I give up Gjear (talk) 01:16, 6 March 2025 (UTC)

Edit warring
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Steven Cheung (political advisor). This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. --Hammersoft (talk) 00:59, 6 March 2025 (UTC)
