I am writing to sincerely appeal the recent block placed on Jolie Sharpe's account due to concerns that I was impersonating Jolie Sharpe.

First and foremost, I would like to offer my genuine apologies for any confusion or concern my actions may have caused. It was never my intention to misrepresent Jolie or violate Wikipedia’s policies in any way. I work very closely with Jolie Sharpe and was directly asked by her to assist in setting up her Wikipedia page. In doing so, I acted in good faith but, regrettably, without a full understanding of Wikipedia’s guidelines regarding conflict of interest and account representation.

I now understand that pages of this nature must be handled with strict adherence to Wikipedia’s policies, and that the appropriate process was not followed in this instance. I sincerely apologise for this oversight. There was no intent to deceive or impersonate; rather, it was an attempt to help establish a page at her request.

If the account is unblocked, I will ensure that any future edits comply fully with Wikipedia’s guidelines. Additionally, I will pass responsibility for the page directly to Jolie Sharpe so that she may proceed in accordance with Wikipedia’s standards.

You need to use the "unblock-un" template, and tell us what username you want to represent you. You cannot use the real name of another notable living person. You don't have to use your own real name, just a name that reflects individual use and conforms to our username policy. As mentioned above, this account is for your sole lifetime use; sharing access with anyone else is grounds for a permanent and irreversible block.
That said, we don't know if Jolie Sharpe meets the notability criteria to deserve inclusion. A person or thing is not entitled to have a Wikipedia article just for existing. I am not an administrator and I cannot see the deleted content on your userpage, so I cannot comment on what you had initially written.
Please review the previously mentioned notability criteria, and also the essay WP:PROUD. If an article about her is accepted, neither you or she will have any right of ownership or control over its contents. Anyone is free to edit any Wikipedia article at any time, and any reliably sourced content - good or bad - is fair game.
If you are receiving payment from her for your work on Wikipedia, then it is mandatory and non-negotiable to disclose this information. Wikipedia has a strict policy that paid editing must be disclosed.

I have renamed you. New accounts cannot directly create articles and must use the Article Wizard to create and submit a draft. You edited your user page, which is not article space, but a place for the account operator to tell about themselves as a Wikipedia user.

What is the general nature of your relationship with Ms. Sharpe? I see that you(under the original account name) uploaded a professionally taken image of her and claimed it is your personal work(that you created it) and that you hold the copyright. It is highly unlikely that she meets the definition of a notable person, just as most people on Earth do not. You would need to summarize what independent reliable sources with "significant coverage" say about her- that means critical analysis and commentary as to what makes her important/significant/influential. There are literally hundreds of thousands of "content creators" online, all of whom do things to get attention.
