I apologize for the promotional nature of my initial edits and the username choice. I am the developer of the Intent-Bound Authorization framework and I now understand that my username "Grokipaedia" violated the username policy and that my edits were viewed as promotional. I am an independent researcher based in Chiang Mai and I wish to contribute to Wikipedia's coverage of AI safety. I understand the Conflict of Interest (COI) policy and will disclose my affiliation with the IBA project on my user page once unblocked. I will ensure all future edits are neutral, dry, and based on reliable sources rather than using LLM-generated text. Please allow me to change my name to JeffWCH.
