Welcome!

Hello, Julieg524, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.

I noticed that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.

To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or another editor to proofread it. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.

One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, visit the Teahouse, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{Help me}} before the question. Again, welcome! Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions; however, it appears you may have written a Wikipedia article about yourself, at Julie Graham. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – please see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Notable people who have edited Wikipedia). If you wish to add to or change an existing article about yourself, you are welcome to propose the changes by visiting the article's talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was the page I created deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss this with the deleting administrator. Thank you. 331dot (talk) 11:49, 25 April 2025 (UTC)

Hi. This page has always had my wrong place of birth. It’s inaccurate that I was born in Irvine. I lived there for a very short period as a child. My home is Glasgow. Born and bred 2A02:C7C:7A2E:A200:D9B6:5E0A:BA7D:E754 (talk) 13:08, 25 April 2025 (UTC)
Remember to log in. You should propose changes on the talk page(Talk:Julie Graham) as edit requests(click for instructions, or use the edit request wizard), not edit the article directly. You will need to provide a published public reliable source, unfortunately we can't just take your word. 331dot (talk) 13:15, 25 April 2025 (UTC)
Ok but I know where I was born and raised. Would you like to see my birth certificate Julieg524 (talk) 13:35, 25 April 2025 (UTC)
It's not that I disbelieve you, I do believe you. But verifiability is an important principle of Wikipedia. Government documents like birth certificates, that are not publicly available, cannot be used as a source(and you shouldn't provide copies of identity documents for your security). I don't doubt you are who you say you are, but anyone could create an account here in your name and claim to be you. We need something we can verify, something published.
Note that the birthdate currently listed has a source, Rotten Tomatoes. If Rotten Tomatoes is wrong, the first thing I would do is get the information there corrected. I don't know how that is done, but I suspect your birth certificate would work for them(and then you wouldn't need to make it public). Once they correct that, then the article here can be updated to match. That would be the easiest thing to do. Or, you can offer another source with the correct information(though I would still get Rotten Tomatoes corrected). 331dot (talk) 13:44, 25 April 2025 (UTC)
