RM process
Please read Wikipedia:Requested moves/Closing instructions carefully. The "Closing a requested move" section states that the proposer is not allowed to close the discussion in their own favor. And anyone with any experience would recognize that when every other participant says some variant of "no", you should not decide that the consensus is "yes". Finally, the instructions tell you how to close the discussion. It's not simply deleting the talk-page section (and in fact "simply deleting an article talkpage section" is virtually never appropriate in any circumstance).
