Question from XX Breezy Xx (02:24, 1 March 2026)
Hello,
I am currently focused on adding unofficial/offical town, council, and regional flags to pages within South Australia. Some templates do not have image_flag options, how could I add flags?
Also, many of these images I find are on Reddit, etc., how do I go about uploading these properly onto Commons? I will add that some images have no listed author.
Kind regards --XX Breezy Xx (talk) 02:24, 1 March 2026 (UTC)
- Firstly, if they're unofficial flags, I wonder if that would be useful as the primary image of an article. Also, if they're from Reddit and you can't establish a source, you might not want to upload them. They might also be made up.
- Each template might have an alternative way to add a primary image, even if they're not specifically for flags. Without knowing the specific template you want to add a flag to, I can't really help. Maybe you could also insert the flag as an image in the article itself? Hope this helps. Cheers. LR.127 (talk) 05:23, 1 March 2026 (UTC)
- Yes that helped, thank you XX Breezy Xx (talk) 05:52, 1 March 2026 (UTC)
Question from Diannedebellis (01:33, 4 March 2026)
Hello I am still uncertain where to start. When I read a practise page I can't seem to find anything to change or add. Am I just not reading close enough? --Diannedebellis (talk) 01:33, 4 March 2026 (UTC)
- Try the tutorial and see if you can start editing from there. LR.127 (talk) 02:38, 4 March 2026 (UTC)
Question from DNOinfo (13:12, 6 March 2026)
Hi! I recently created a page for David Nasser. I do work for him and have strived to follow the disclosure COI rules for Wikipedia as best as possible. Right now I have submitted the article “David Nasser” for approval (I also made my best efforts to make this article legitimate, unbiased, and sourced for everything). Do you have any idea how long I could expect the approval process to take? Thanks! --DNOinfo (talk) 13:12, 6 March 2026 (UTC)
- I can't find the article or draft you're talking about. Did you work on this under a different account? LR.127 (talk) 15:34, 6 March 2026 (UTC)
- Thank you, it is actually Draft: David Nasser.
- I did see it was actually rejected and got in touch with the editor who reviewed it, AllWeKnowOfHeaven, and asked him for some clarification. Basically, I would love some guidance on which articles did not meet the standards and how best to try and correct those issues. Thank you! DNOinfo (talk) 15:55, 6 March 2026 (UTC)
- The reviewing editor is concerned about using reliable sources in Draft:David Nasser. For example, sites like speakerpedia seem to be user-generated and therefore unreliable for information in this article. Hopefully the editor can give more specific feedback!
- Hope this helps. Cheers :-) LR.127 (talk) 17:58, 6 March 2026 (UTC)

Email address
can we used our Wikipedia email address for mailing through Gmail or any other browser? Imranafzalchauhan87 (talk) 19:40, 16 March 2026 (UTC)
- If you mean the email address you used to sign up for a Wikipedia account, then yes. That email is still yours; Wikipedia just connects to it to create this account for you.
- If you're talking about how you can email other users through Wikipedia, then no. You start out using Wikipedia's own page to contact someone else, and then if they respond, you can continue your conversation through Gmail or any other browser. Hope this helps. Cheers :-) LR.127 (talk) 21:07, 16 March 2026 (UTC)
Question from Lucyyyyy12 on Graham Stephan (15:19, 18 March 2026)
Hi, it's nice to meet you here. May I ask you some questions? --Lucyyyyy12 (talk) 15:19, 18 March 2026 (UTC)
- Yes you can; how can I help? LR.127 (talk) 17:31, 18 March 2026 (UTC)
- I found your post very interesting, and I think it's very accurate. However, I'd like to ask how to avoid getting too tired at work. Lately, I feel extremely tired whenever I work. Lucyyyyy12 (talk) 23:47, 18 March 2026 (UTC)
- I'm not sure what post you're talking about. Did I post something on Wikipedia recently, or are you getting me confused with someone else? LR.127 (talk) 01:47, 19 March 2026 (UTC)
- Haha, okay, it seems I confused you with someone else. But I believe there's a reason for all of this, since I've already sent you a message. Perhaps we can get to know each other better. What do you think? Lucyyyyy12 (talk) 02:08, 19 March 2026 (UTC)

Question from Nikolianouu (11:19, 19 March 2026)
Hi there! Thanks so much for offering support. I am trying to create a new wikipedia page could you please send me the link where I could do so? Thank you in advance. --Nikolianouu (talk) 11:19, 19 March 2026 (UTC)
- Seems like you got that figured out before I could answer. You made a draft at Draft:Philippos Papaloucas that will be reviewed by other editors before it goes public.
- The Wikipedia:Article_wizard is the right tool for making a new Wikipedia page. Cheers :-). LR.127 (talk) 13:11, 19 March 2026 (UTC)
