Discussion of recent revert and neutrality concerns
Hello, I noticed that you reverted my recent edits to the article Antisemitism in Poland, and I’d like to discuss this to better understand your concerns.
My edits were intended to improve compliance with Wikipedia’s neutral point of view policy by:
- clarifying attribution of interpretations to specific historians rather than presenting them as uncontested facts
- reducing wording that could be read as implying collective responsibility
- adding broader historical context (e.g., wartime conditions, political factors, and postwar instability)
- ensuring balance in how different perspectives are represented (see WP:UNDUE)
I’m concerned that reverting these changes in full may reintroduce phrasing that could be interpreted as imbalanced or overly reliant on particular interpretations.
If there are specific parts of my edits you disagree with, I’d really appreciate discussing them point by point so we can reach a consensus version. I’m open to refining the wording, as long as we maintain neutrality and proper sourcing.
Thanks, and I look forward to working this out collaboratively. -~2026-22316-36 (talk) 21:45, 11 April 2026 (UTC)
- I responded on your talk page LakesideMinersCome Talk To Me! 21:46, 11 April 2026 (UTC)
- I’ve replied on my talk page, but for clarity and ease of discussion, it would probably be best to continue the conversation here or on the article talk page so everything is in one place.
- To reiterate briefly: I’m not opposed to correcting any citation issues, but I’m still not seeing clearly identified “massive reference errors” in the edit. Since my changes were primarily rewording existing sourced material, any problems should be specific and identifiable.
- If you could point to the exact diffs or passages where references were broken or disconnected, I’ll address them directly. That would be much more productive than general descriptions.
- I’m happy to work collaboratively to resolve both sourcing and wording concerns.
