No. There is no need to notify the participants at the ANI, those who made statements already is sufficient for notification. Anyone else who is interested in the progress of the case can easily visually see the case as open on many arbitration pages, including WP:ARC, and is welcome to add themselves to the update list if they desire updates, or ask a clerk to do so for them.
