I don't know you, but based on the reason for the barnstar I can only assume that you are familiar with the difficulty I've had with one particular editor who likes to remind me about my "newbie" status. Thanks so much. Actually, when I saw what he had done, I wasn't even sure if there was a rule against doing it. All I knew was that it sure seemed inappropriate and unethical. So I did some searching on Google and, voilà, I found WP:CANVASS. Thanks again for validating my thoughts on the matter. It's heartening to see that there are some on Wikipedia willing to stand up for what's right, even if it occasionally means swimming upstream and taking flak while admin ignores truly disruptive acts by other editors. Kudos. VictorD7 (talk) 08:01, 2 September 2015 (UTC)
