If you are going to stick around and do things like nom AfDs, you will want to install WP:TWINKLE. It requires being WP:auto-confirmed which you will be in a couple days (it's granted automatically). If you have had a previous account(s) and recall the account name(s), you should mention that on your User page. For questions, the WP:Teahouse is the place to go. @S0091 Thanks. I’m planning to start editing. I’ve always wanted to. I tried reading about it, but I couldn’t figure it out because it seems too complicated, lol. I created the AfD for the page based on the recommendations to improve, since the first page I saw was just crazy and hadn’t been nominated. Mainecoon1111 (talk) 19:53, 18 February 2026 (UTC)
I had an account maybe 8+ years ago. I used it to improve some articles about historical architecture. I don’t remember the username, the password, or the pages I edited. I also never added an email, so I consider my page lost. Mainecoon1111 (talk) 19:57, 18 February 2026 (UTC)
Eh, no worry about an account 8 years ago. I figured you had been around some as you do know a couple things. And yes, Wikipedia is complicated but usually for doing things there are Gadgets in Preferences or scripts that makes the job easier. Understanding all the WP:Policies and guidelines is different story and takes time. S0091 (talk) 20:40, 18 February 2026 (UTC)
I definitely agree with you. It took me a while to remember how to nominate a page. It seems like some designs have changed. Mainecoon1111 (talk) 20:48, 18 February 2026 (UTC)
Oh and don't make accusations like you are WP:Articles for deletion/Romina Arena. Comment only on content, not the contributor (see WP:No personal attacks). It is enough to say that you cannot find a sources to support something and note where you checked. People do make WP:AGF mistakes. If that article is stuffed full of content that fails WP:Verification, editors will figure that out and make their own conclusions. S0091 (talk) 20:51, 18 February 2026 (UTC)
Thanks! I was still feeling super impressed by all the unbelievable claims in the article. Mainecoon1111 (talk) 21:58, 18 February 2026 (UTC)

Welcome!

Hello, Mainecoon1111, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.

I noticed that one of the first articles you created or edited was Draft:Sierra AI, which appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.

To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, which will be reviewed by other editors. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.

One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, visit the Teahouse, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{Help me}} before the question. Again, welcome! Hi @MightyRanger No, I do not agree with you. I do not know why I should care about someone's factually wrong, poorly written and poorly sourced draft made by a high school student on California.Draft:Sierra (AI service), as described here User:Julien Casey. Sierra is not an "(AI service)". So, please, respectfully, move my article back to the main space. Or I can do that myself.

Also, why are you accusing me of possible sockpuppeting and UPE? Sure thing,Bret Taylor, the chief of OpenAI, Twitter, Google maps, and Salesforce, called me on my phone today and asked me to make a Wikipedia page for his $10 billion company. Really? Almost forgot, later in the day, I am going to have dinner with Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg Mainecoon1111 (talk) 23:22, 20 February 2026 (UTC)

I am not going to move my sources and content to a poorly edited draft under a wrong name. Sorry. Mainecoon1111 (talk) 23:26, 20 February 2026 (UTC)
Hi, I did not accuse you anywhere of being a sockpuppet of Julien Casey or ask you to do anything related to that draft. I left a note on the drafts so that page reviewers will know that there are currently two page drafts related to the same company. Asking whether you have a conflict of interest is because you are a fairly new account, and it's unusual to see them make detailed company pages. MightyRanger (talk) 23:26, 20 February 2026 (UTC)
Hey! You did leave an editing summary writing, quote verbatim, "Quarantining possible sockpuppeting and upe". I am not moving my content to this incorrect draft. Let it pass G13. I could not care less. It does not look to me like the editor knows much about editing, judging by its current state. Mainecoon1111 (talk) 23:31, 20 February 2026 (UTC)
Again, at no point did I or anyone else tell you to merge the two drafts. I moved your page to draftspace because you are a new editor, and the page seemed potentially promotional. MightyRanger (talk) 23:35, 20 February 2026 (UTC)
Put the maintenance template then if it is promotional. That is what it is for. You do not seem to be a new page patroller to me. I lost access and cannot find my account from 10 or so years, which I mentioned on my page in the past. I know how to edit Wikipedia, and made over 1000 edits in the past. Mainecoon1111 (talk) 23:43, 20 February 2026 (UTC)
You might be confused, the new page patroller right is not required to draftify pages. Anyway, you're welcome to move a page out of drafts, no one can stop you there. MightyRanger (talk) 00:02, 21 February 2026 (UTC)
I know. That is what I did. It is up to new page patrollers to review the articles and decided if those are promotional, or suitable for the main space, and not you. Your edits history shows me that there quite a few complaints about you draftifying pages. Mainecoon1111 (talk) 00:12, 21 February 2026 (UTC)
Any editor can draftify, edit, or tag a page that they feel does not meet standards. I'm not too worried about recent harassment from an editor, that person is already being dealt with by others. MightyRanger (talk) 01:29, 21 February 2026 (UTC)
Hi. What are you responding to Mighty Ranger about? I can't see what they first said. Also, sorry about my bad article. I realized I should have put "AI company" and not "service". And sorry about whatever else is wrong with my article. Too short, maybe? And what's wrong with the sources? Julien Casey (talk) 17:03, 23 February 2026 (UTC)
@Julien Casey Hi! We talked about the page I created about the same company. Sierra AI
Yours was under the wrong description, so I did not see it. Mighty Ranger thought that you and me are the same person, which was handled. Your draft was simply incomplete. I would have made edits to your draft article, if I knew it existed, instead of creating a new one. Mainecoon1111 (talk) 17:37, 23 February 2026 (UTC)

Blocked as a sockpuppet

Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively as a sockpuppet of User:WestwoodHights573 per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/WestwoodHights573. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse. In addition, your ability to edit your talk page has also been revoked.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.
