To get some practice editing you can use a sandbox. You can create your own personal sandbox for use any time. It's perfect for working on bigger projects. Then for easy access in the future, you can put {{My sandbox}} on your user page. By the way, seeing as you haven't created a user page yet, simply click here to start it.
Please remember to:
- Always sign your posts on talk pages. You can do this either by clicking on the
button on the edit toolbar or by typing four tildes ~~~~at the end of your post. This will automatically insert your signature, a link to your talk page, and a timestamp. - Leave descriptive edit summaries for your edits. Doing so helps other editors understand what changes you have made and why you made them.

Hi,
Thanks for your recent edits on the Syrian civil war factions.
I did notice that in some cases, you changed titles of refs, like on the Sham Legion article here: or the Liwa al-Muhajireen wal-Ansar article here: , changing "is" to "was", or "are" to "were", even though the article title is still the same.
I'll go ahead and fix what I can.
Thanks, David O. Johnson (talk) 19:07, 31 January 2025 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited International relations with the Taliban, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page The Diplomat. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 08:04, 3 March 2025 (UTC)

Please do not add or change content, as you did at Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic–Syria relations, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources to see how to add references to an article. Thank you. M.Bitton (talk) 15:13, 12 November 2025 (UTC)

Hello, I'm Freedoxm, and welcome to Wikipedia. I appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits, it appears that you added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Thank you. Freedoxm (talk · contribs) 17:52, 7 December 2025 (UTC)

Hello, I'm Danners430. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Qamishli International Airport, but you didn't provide a reliable source. On Wikipedia, it's important that article content be verifiable. If you'd like to resubmit your change with a citation, your edit is archived in the page history. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Danners430 tweaks made 10:31, 9 February 2026 (UTC)
Hi Manilano12! I noticed that you recently made an edit at Qamishli International Airport and marked it as "minor", but it may not have been. On Wikipedia, "minor edit" refers only to superficial edits that could never be disputed, such as fixing typos or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not minor, even if it only concerns a single word. Thank you. Danners430 tweaks made 10:32, 9 February 2026 (UTC)
