Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Regarding your recent edits to Agrippina Japaridze when you modified the page, you introduced unknown parameters. Just because you specify |some_param=some_variable does not always mean that variable will display. The |some_param= must be defined in the template. You can look at the documentation for the template you are using but it is also helpful to use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and ensure that the values you have added are displaying correctly. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the page will look like without actually saving it. It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. Note I have likely fixed the error by now so check the history of the page to see how it was fixed. If you have any questions, contact the help desk for assistance.

- Sorry @Zackmann08, was reverting a sock and must have introduced while doing so NicheSports (talk) 20:03, 8 February 2026 (UTC)
- These things happen. Good work reverting the sock tho! Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 20:08, 8 February 2026 (UTC)
C.W. Kim
Dear NicheSports,
I am a novice with Wikipedia so I replied to your message rather than click on your link to get here because I did not know how to talk to you. I finally saw the obvious box to do so. First, thank you for your efforts to improve Wikipedia. I hope you can help me salvage my contribution to this article because I believe it can be a good Wikipedia article with editing and it was a very time-consuming, all volunteer effort on my part to write and then post it to Wikipedia. With respect to your objection about use of LLM, I can assure you that I did NOT make use of any artificial intelligence, including LLM. The writing is all mine, and it is based on the many sources that I cited after reading them carefully. Is there something I can do to convince you that the writing is mine? With respect to your belief that the article is not neutral, I believe that either I or others can style edit my addition to address your concern. Except for the brief introductory and Legacy paragraphs primarily, the considerable remainder is factual and contains valuable information. May I edit the language to remove the impression that it is not neutral so that the edited version is not blocked or removed? If so, I need to know how to work on it in Wikipedia since none of it is there now. I also intended to make further edits to add a Gallery because the images do not align with the accompanying text, and some of the citations need to be changed to links or re-directs. It was easier for me to prepare the entire addition in Notepad and upload it for further editing than to type directly in Wikipedia, which I was told on the talk page. As for my effort, I have been a long-time resident of San Diego, familiar with its architectural development, and recall the era when Kim was at the center of it. When I happened to see the stub article about C.W. Kim with the note asking to supplement the stub so that it would be an article, I decided to take on the task voluntarily, with no idea how much work it would be. I have no relationship to Kim. I would appreciate whatever help you can give me to rectify my addition. I have read so many instruction links on Wikipedia that I am at the point where your help would be most helpful. Thank you. - Hi @Emanresu0, thanks for the message. I reverted your expansion to the article primarily because I thought it contained a meaningful amount of non-neutral language. The {{uw-npov1}} notification template I placed on your talk page focused on this. I thought that some LLM involvement was possible but did not think the expansion was entirely LLM generated. After reading your message above, I believe you about the expansion not involving LLM use; upon a second review, I also overestimated the probability of LLM involvement. I should have said "possible" instead of "probable" in my edit summary. My apologies there. I will respond more on your talk page with some potential ideas for your addition to C.W. Kim. NicheSports (talk) 04:30, 11 February 2026 (UTC)
- Thank you. I am struggling to deal with all of Wikipedi'as technology, etc. Changing my addition to address your neutrality concerns is easier for me to do. Please be sure to tell me where I find my addition to work on it when you reply with your suggestions. After that, I intend to fix formatting, and change many citations to links and redirects unless someone does it before me. I am extremely slow with the technology. Emanresu0 (talk) 16:45, 11 February 2026 (UTC)
- No problem at all. I'll list out a few suggestions on your talk page in a few hours! NicheSports (talk) 17:05, 11 February 2026 (UTC)
- P.S.
- It took me a while to stumble across the link that says all the reasons you reverted my contribution. I will work on all your concerns although I did not mention each one in my replies to your messages, such as unreliable sources. Again, please be sure to tell me where I go to work on my contribution when you send your comments. I think we may be in different time zones so there may be a bit of a lag between our communications. It is a big relief to finally feel like I have some meaningful human help. I put my contributions together the old fashioned way: saved hard-copies of the articles and typing from scratch in Notepad (nightmare). I still fumble finding your messages! Emanresu0 (talk) 20:52, 11 February 2026 (UTC)
- I managed to edit the text, references, and some images. I still need to work on the text images, gallery, and a section about artwork. Please let me know whether my extensive revisions do the job. I don't know how to ping you, so i picked the reply button. Many thanks. Emanresu0 (talk) 03:34, 14 February 2026 (UTC)
- Hi @Emanresu0, I will look later this weekend. Thanks! NicheSports (talk) 20:05, 14 February 2026 (UTC)
- Thank you. Finally learned how to get notifications when i log in so i don't search all over for them . . . . Embarrassing.
- I got more time, so I am working on images and might add a paragraph about artwork if i have enoughtime, but nothing not neutral! Emanresu0 (talk) 22:12, 14 February 2026 (UTC)
- I just added the two paragraphs about relevant artwork in the Personal Life section. I still need to work on the images.
- Overall, the writing style in the article is pretty dull compared to what I originally wrote, but I think it probably satisfies the neutrality issue. Let's hope. If so, how does this draft get back to the published Kim page when I am ready? Emanresu0 (talk) 20:10, 15 February 2026 (UTC)
- I had time to make all the additions I intended to make, so you are looking at all of it. Emanresu0 (talk) 02:34, 16 February 2026 (UTC)
- Spoke too soon. Still working on text and gallery image formatting . . . Text image shows up differently on phone than on laptop and captions missing in some. Emanresu0 (talk) 17:01, 16 February 2026 (UTC)
- Done, hopefully. Emanresu0 (talk) 19:08, 16 February 2026 (UTC)
- I am sure you are swamped. Please let me know how to proceed as soon as you can. Emanresu0 (talk) 04:20, 19 February 2026 (UTC)
- Are you ok? You haven't replied for 8 days although you planned to look at my effort last weekend. I looked at your talk page and it appears you haven't been active on wiki if I am reading it correctly. Emanresu0 (talk) 17:25, 22 February 2026 (UTC)
- Hi @Emanresu0, I have not been able to be active recently, I apologize. If you want to move your contributions to mainspace this seems appropriate as I have not had time to review. NicheSports (talk) 05:58, 23 February 2026 (UTC)
- Thank you so much for sending a reply. I am not sure how to move the article to mainstream and whether that means moving it to the C.W. Kim page where you reverted it. I don't want to make another mistake. I did ask for help on my talk page that you set up for my work but haven't gotten replies. I thought you and anyone else who reverted my original work had to approve my making any changes to the Kim page since the instructions say to work it out with you. - Thanks for sharing. I'd also email Chaotic Enby given they are mentioned in the blog post. This is both interesting and unsurprising. I've pushed frontier models hard, in multiple domains, at work over the last month and I think I understand current capabilities (and decreasing but still existing limits) fairly well. Still not exactly sure what this means for us... at some point we will probably(?) follow dewiki and heavily restrict LLM editing. The WMF should also go to the major LLM providers and negotiate a deal where the providers block inference requests for autonomous editing on wikimedia sites. That would solve part of the agent problem... people could still do it using open source models like deepseek or whatever but that would cut down on agentic editing bigly. Not sure what else can be done. NicheSports (talk) 19:56, 13 March 2026 (UTC)
- I don't want to say too much onwiki, but I notified CE as soon as I found this.
- Weird read though. --Gurkubondinn (talk) 20:33, 13 March 2026 (UTC)
- Makes sense. Truly strange times that will only get stranger. AGI 'a coming (probably). Hope you're doing alright NicheSports (talk) 20:48, 13 March 2026 (UTC)
Bot
Hi! Not sure I understood your comment here. But if you want a botflag, it's probably easier to get one over at https://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page Polygnotus (talk) 05:11, 31 March 2026 (UTC)
- Interesting, but I don't see what it would demonstrate because an LLM would be more likely to allow an agent to "operate" in a test environment than on enwiki proper. What do you think? NicheSports (talk) 05:16, 31 March 2026 (UTC)
- Not sure tbh, but it might be worth testing it. If it works there then its more likely to work here as well. And BRFA here is a lot more involved than on the testwiki. Polygnotus (talk) 05:36, 31 March 2026 (UTC)

- technically yes, but given P(works on test wiki) is very high, not sure how much signal it would have. But you're probably right. We'd need to test three times (Anthropic, Gemini, OpenAI) and we'd have to run the tests "sterile" - i.e. give the agent no context that we are running a test - which would take some thought. Could be good to practice before running here NicheSports (talk) 05:48, 31 March 2026 (UTC)- Yeah I was thinking along the lines of, if you have a working proof of concept then that might make a BRFA smoother and easier. And over there getting a botflag is just a matter of a polite request and a promise not to break stuff if I understand correctly. Polygnotus (talk) 06:05, 31 March 2026 (UTC)
- "Hello dearest admins of testwiki, please approve my grokbot" NicheSports (talk) 06:09, 31 March 2026 (UTC)
- I expect the BAG members to also have opinions on LLMs.
