I need help on if I can use official WTO papers/reports to reference intellectual property infringement in China? If so, could I also use USA government reports and The United States International Trade Commission reports, also maybe chamber of commerce and the MPAA? And what about doctoral Thesis? And what about from the law school of harvard: http://jolt.law.harvard.edu/digest/patent/chinas-ip-reform-state-interests-align-with-intellectual-property-protection-again . These mostly talk about individual cases which will be very important for my new article or series of articles. I intend to do a large article on the Black market of China in every facet and maybe a separate one to replace or improve on the already present article at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intellectual_property_in_China. Thanks in advance for your help. I'm a newbie so please be gentle with me :-) Thanks

Hi Sir,

I saw your message today but do not understand why it needs to be created on zh.wikipedia. I do not think it is such a sensitive topic as it already exists on Baidu Encyclopedia (hence accessible to users in China) which you know of course is Mainland based and subject to domestic internet regulations. Besides, zh.wikipedia is not currently accessible from China unless you use certain internet tools to bypass the GFW. If your target audience are those from the Mainland, then they would be able to access it from Baidu.baike anyway. --Jose77 (talk) 08:18, 20 February 2016 (UTC)
