Notability is very thin here. There are very few pieces on him from quality national sources (he is unknown outside of Canada), and those that are are passing mentions. I could not find any WP:SIGCOV piece on him from a quality Canadian WP:RS.

There is a standard for article assessment, and there is a specific nominating process for "Good Article" (GA) assessment (see WP:GANI). Please do not set articles as GA status yourself (as you did here). While the lesser assessment grades are not as strict, it's still not a good idea to be assessing articles until you have gained experience with the assessment criteria.
