Wood River Junction wreck

Hello Panzerrrrr, and welcome to Wikipedia. I appreciate your efforts to cover the 1873 Wood River Junction wreck. However, there are some issues with your edit, which is why I have reverted it:

  • First off, the wreck did not occur on the Boston and Providence Railroad - it occurred on a similarly-named but different railroad.
  • All material on Wikipedia needs to be cited to reliable sources. Much of what you wrote is not cited to any source, and the railfan.net source appears to be self-published and may not be reliable. For claims like The Boston And Providence Railroad has gained notoriety for having involvements with frequent railway accidents that are not just statements of simple fact, it is especially important to have reliable sources.
  • The amount of material should be appropriate to the subject of the article. For a subject like a railroad, a section on accidents is reasonable, but four paragraphs about a single incident is likely to be undue weight.
  • There are also some issues with the prose, including spelling and grammar errors. Also note that you should only link to other articles when relevant. In most cases, linking to common terms like "rain" and "foot" is overlinking.

Thank you for pointing out the issues! Panzerrrrr 16:35, 11 January 2026 (UTC)

Your submission at Articles for creation: PayPal in Tunisia (January 15)

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by EatingCarBatteries was:
This submission reads more like an essay than an encyclopedia article. Submissions should summarise information in secondary, reliable sources and not contain opinions or original research. Please write about the topic from a neutral point of view in an encyclopedic manner.
The comment the reviewer left was:
The majority of this article focuses on currency control - you could try splitting that off into another article (or adding to it, if the article exists). Very little of this article actually focuses on PayPal, and only one reference actually mentions both PayPal and Tunisia.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit it after they have been resolved.
