Combatants of The Spanish Civil War moved to draftspace
Thanks for your contributions to Combatants of The Spanish Civil War. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing as a live article at this time because it has no sources. I have converted it to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. QEnigma 论 09:06, 26 April 2026 (UTC)

Hello, I'm Demetrios1993. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, but you didn't provide a reliable source. On Wikipedia, it's important that article content be verifiable. If you'd like to resubmit your change with a citation, your edit is archived in the page history. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. – Demetrios1993 (talk) 09:55, 21 June 2026 (UTC)
- Hello Demetrios1993. I hope you are doing well. The sources used were all sources used in articles relating to the subject already on Wikipedia. Most of these sources are found from "International response to the Spanish Civil War". The goal of the article was to outline the combatants similarly to the article about the Syrian conflict, among others, and then clean up the info box on the Spanish Civil War with a link to this page. I compiled this list by looking through articles linked on the Spanish Civil War page. Please let me know how I should move forward. Thanks. Pat J. McCarthy (talk) 19:34, 21 June 2026 (UTC)
- Ideally, you should first try and incorporate this information in the body of the article, along with an inline citation. Then you can add it in the infobox as you originally did, in line with MOS:INFOBOXPURPOSE. Having the relevant sources in other articles doesn't really provide verifiability in Greek Civil War and Dekemvriana, and it ignores WP:CIRCULAR. Let me know if you need any assistance. – Demetrios1993 (talk) 07:08, 28 June 2026 (UTC)
- I apologize for the confusion. I thought this was in relation to a draft I have in review on the Spanish Civil War and not for my work for the Greek Civil War. I will try to go back and find the sources that was used. Thanks. Pat J. McCarthy (talk) 03:12, 29 June 2026 (UTC)
